Shipping policy

All orders are (usually) processed within 3-5 business days (this is excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email which will be sent automatically to the email address left at checkout. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please check junk mail if this does not appear in your main box.

Currently orders can take 7-10 working days to be processed due to very high demand for our new releases.

Crystal Candy

Due to the length of air drying time crystal candy requires, processing time for orders including these collections can exceed 14 working days, crystal candy is an art and therefore cannot be rushed!

Crystal candy is made in house, this means all cooking, cutting, shaping, painting and designing is all done by our small team.

Delivery

Though we always do our upmost to ensure all parcels are delivered within the desired timeframe, occasionally events occur which are out of our control such as staff shortages, courier issues, extreme weather, and order influxes. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup (coming soon!)

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days (of receiving your shipping confirmation email), please contact us at hello@project-candy.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
